We are pleased to announce Catherine Carter as the new Managing Director of AMS Analytics LLC – the provider of PACStats(sm), the premier benchmarking and performance measurement tool serving performing arts centers and other world-wide data analytics services. Jordan Gross-Richmond has also joined the team as our new Product Director.

Catherine is a well-known leader within the arts and entertainment business. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of VenueCube, an event and management software company. She is also Principal of Silicon Valley Management Group (SVMG), providing strategic and operational support to some of the finest performing arts centers in the United States. Prior to working in the arts, Catherine was an Associate Director at Procter & Gamble where she was responsible for strategic planning and financial oversight for some of the company’s largest brands and corporate initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. She is an alumna of the Applied Security Analysis Program at the Wisconsin School of Business.
Given her long association with the industry and AMS, many of our colleagues already know or have met Catherine. She brought new skills and perspective to the performing arts center world and has been a comrade in the effort to understand effectiveness and success in the field. In her new role, Catherine will be responsible for advancing PACStats, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting worldwide expansion. Catherine works and lives in Palo Alto, CA.
Jordan Gross-Richmond has extensive experience in client management and business operations. He is a co-founder of Angeles Partners and was Chief of Operations for Meor Foundation, a multinational non-profit based in the Middle East with operations on three continents. Before moving abroad, he was a business intelligence analyst with the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Jordan is a vocal advocate for music and arts education and serves as a founding member of the Rising Leaders Council, a committee dedicated to building new audiences under the helm of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Jordan studied advanced Talmudic and Middle-Age commentary in Jerusalem, Israel, and holds a B.A. in Music Performance from UCLA. Jordan works and lives in Cleveland, OH.
