AMS Planning & Research, as part of a consultant team headed by Westlake Reed Leskosky, has been selected to examine the feasibility of an adaptive re-use of the Avalon Theatre in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado.  AMS will develop a phased-in business plan for the historic theatre as well develop strategies necessary for advancing the master plan.
