Dancewave, a nonprofit arts organization that offers unique exposure to world-class, pre-professional performing arts training to New York City youth, has selected AMS Planning & Research as its consultants to develop a three-year business plan.  In the scope of work, AMS will analyze the external environement for community schools of the arts, analyze programs, identify possible new revenues, and lead Dancewave staff members in the development of the business plan.  The planning work is funded by the New York City Deparment of Cultural Affairs.
