Signature Theatre Company, an off-Broadway theatre company dedicated to honoring and celebrating the playwright, has raised $41 million of its $60 million goal for its new theatre complex.   The theatre complex will be part of a hotel and residential facility on West 42nd Street developed by the Related Companies.  Additionally, The New York Times reports that the City of New York has increased its contribution to the facility's construction from $9 million to $25 million.

AMS Planning & Research worked with Signature on the development of Signature's operating model and transition plan for its new facility.  AMS extends its congratulations to Signature on this accomplishment.
