Don Snyder and his fundraising efforts for The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada were featured in a recent article in The New York Times.  The article notes that one of the keys to successful fundraising was the Smith Center's strategic business plan, which was developed by AMS Planning & Research.  More about AMS's consulting work for this project can be found in this case study.

The Smith Center is currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2012.
