Wolff to Keynote Theatre Conference
AMS Founding Principal Steven A. Wolff will be the featured keynote speaker at the 2012 League of Historic American Theatre conference in San Diego, California, this July. His keynote, "Re-thinking Success: Leadership in the 21st Century" will draw from AMS research conducted for the Columbus Foundation and extended for the Rhode Island Foundation and City of Providence, Steven will discuss strategies to help organizations conceive the innovations necessary to be successful in this era of tumultuous change at the outset of the 21st century. He will suggest ways for historic theatre to transition from a focus on "excellence and efficiency" to become more "effective and entangled" by exploring innovation in four areas: re-imagining success, re-defining business as usual, re-negotiating relationships, and re-designing the business model.
Conference details are available through the LHAT website.
